Shipment to UK - screwed up UPS never received package #1. It was sent again and missed special event but it arrived albeit 3 days late The website claims 4.9/5 rating on 9k+ reviews. Trustpilot states otherwise 16% 5 star) Poor communication all round including sending the order details and cost to recipien (that spoiled the surprise) Awful company/service - Will never go here again. Do not believe anything on their website. Use Paypal......

Delivery on time and roses look amazing I placed my order on Thursday 4th May as a gift for my mum’s birthday, to be delivered on Tuesday 9th May. I was a little concerned after reading some negative comments rg delivery issues. However, everything went well with my order. I believe they have 3 offices, Los Angeles, London and Budapest. Despite I live in the UK, my order was managed by Budapest office, I guess because my mum lives in Europe. The roses were delivered on time this morning, very nice packaged, and my mum loves them. I ordered the basic black box with Ivory roses. She sent me a picture and honestly they look amazing. Very happy with the purchase and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

They’re scammers They’re scammers. I ordered well in advance they cancelled both orders and blaming me for cancellation when they are at fault. They’re not sending my money back either or making excuses like it will be processed. Terrible customer service and they take no accountability and blame the courier rather than owing up themselves. Will never order from them again and do not recommend anyone else to either.

Waste of money + fake insurance I had a problem with an order I did almost a month ago which never arrived even tho i bought the insurance for the package. In this month i never received help by costumer service which wasnt replying me ether from emails, whatsapp or even instagram. I would suggest to avoid this company and try someone else. Just a wasted of money and time

I'd give 0 stars if I could I'd give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, they delete your comments on their social media. Ignore your messages and their telephone number does not work. I was promised Guaranteed Delivery for Valentine's Day, and no flowers for my Fiance today. This company is a scam!
