GBhorrible never again This is horrible, you are a horrible business I am appalled by the lack of support, help and service. I ordered my gf flowers very early (Jan 2nd) so that there was no way they would be late. You are a company who distribute worldwide how do you forget to add importance documents. My order was meant to come 14th Feb lol what a joke you are! my gf was so upset she didn’t get no flowers. EVEN NOW THEY ARE NOT HERE YET. I paid good money even delivery. You are running your business like a scam company. I have had no apologies, no compensation nothing my order is still not here who knows where, who knows what conditions it will be in cause I have no faith in your trash company. I will also write a review not that you care. Where is my order when will it come?

ITWaste of money + fake insurance I had a problem with an order I did almost a month ago which never arrived even tho i bought the insurance for the package. In this month i never received help by costumer service which wasnt replying me ether from emails, whatsapp or even instagram. I would suggest to avoid this company and try someone else. Just a wasted of money and time

GBJust disappointed 2.5 stars.. I believe a signature should have been required or at least offered as my order wasn’t received by the recipient. After they sent the roses, they refunded me for the gift box due to being out of stock but I wouldn’t have ordered this if I knew that. ( The alternative box they sent looked small for $350+ worth of roses) I don’t want a replacement bc the moment is over. I’ve asked million roses to send the recipient a notice email to see if they knew about the package, but they didn’t want to. I would honestly change this bad review for a solution, thanks.

GBThey’re scammers They’re scammers. I ordered well in advance they cancelled both orders and blaming me for cancellation when they are at fault. They’re not sending my money back either or making excuses like it will be processed. Terrible customer service and they take no accountability and blame the courier rather than owing up themselves. Will never order from them again and do not recommend anyone else to either.

GBNot only did roses arrive late-wrong color Not only did roses arrive over a week after promised, the color was not what ordered, Customer service required that I jump through several hoops even though this organization made several unforgivable errors. I made no errors. I had asked them to send the correct color. They refused, implying that I was lying. All that they offered was a credit against my next purchase. Why would I want to do business with these incompetents again?
