GBTerrible Customer Service I ordered four Kohl's cards in one order. Two of the cards were bad. It took me forever to get the customer service rep to take care of what was their mistake. I always spoke to the same person so I am guessing it is a one man operation. It took two months for me to receive credit. I chose to take credit on my account instead of payment back to my credit card because they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund. I was told I would receive the credit the following day. It never came and I had to contact them again. Finally in a week it arrive. I cannot recommend Gift Card Rescue because of the huge delay in making things right.

GBHesitant at First At first I purchased a low dollar amount to see how it worked. The cards arrived with the dollar amount stated. I ended up saving around 10% on my new floors by purchasing Lowe's cards. No problem using them at the register but I did contact Lowe's before trying to verify. I saved over $400 dollars on my floors using GiftCardRescue!

GBfraud gift card and slow review/refund process I use to have good experience with this website and bough a couple good giftcards from them before. I recently have purchased a plastic gift card that should worth $200, but within a month when i went in store for purchases they told me the account of this card was closed. How embarrassing. I called the customer service of the giftcard issuer, they told me the original transaction to purchase the giftcard was not authorized by the credit card bank. I told GCR about it, mailed the card back for refund and more than 3 weeks has passed but there is no answer nor refund! I think GCR just lost my trust...

GBGreat transaction I use numerous gift card websites and tend to buy electronic ones. The good thing is that this one had what I wanted at a nice discount while others only had physical cards. The downside was the wait to get it. While normally a few hours is great when you buy on the way to the restaurant like I did a few hours is too long. I ended up not receiving the code in time so paid full price at the restaurant. Since its a chain I frequent no big deal. At least two other sites I use I get the codes instantly but they didn't have electronic ones for this chain so I took the risk and bought anyway. Other than that all was great. Would use again but allow more time for fulfillment. Would have given 5 stars if received instantly like some of their competitors

GBToo many emails; Lack of Advertised Cards You are sending me 3-5 different emails per day - WAY TOO MANY! You advertise gift cards, when I look (usually intermediately), ther are NONE of the desire advertised cards available (i.e. Home Depot, Walmart, Marshals, Target), at almost there may be a few electronic only cards. STOP advertising what you don't have a adequate stock of!
