GBToo many emails; Lack of Advertised Cards You are sending me 3-5 different emails per day - WAY TOO MANY! You advertise gift cards, when I look (usually intermediately), ther are NONE of the desire advertised cards available (i.e. Home Depot, Walmart, Marshals, Target), at almost there may be a few electronic only cards. STOP advertising what you don't have a adequate stock of!

GBLove the idea, little slow on getting things done though I have giftcards that I have used from here with no problems whatsoever, but if you ever do have a problem with an electronic gift card, it's quite a hassle to get a refund. I've had to take multiple steps, fill out forms, and now I'm playing the waiting game, for up to 14 days according to the email I received. All I really want is a gift card that has the amount it's supposed to have on it, but oh well.

GBStill waiting Had an gift card I wasn't going to use so decided to try giftcardrescue.com. They offered me basically 1/2 the face value and I thought something is better than nothing. I followed the procedures and was to receive a check. Six weeks later and I'm still waiting. I have emailed and get an auto response stating they will reply in one to two days but a week later still no reply or check.

GBTHIEVES! THIS company is a bunch of thieves! i sold them a gift card in may and now the company is shut down for good! I tried contacting them about this issue numerous times and was told my check was lost in the mail and they would reissue it. I talked to someone after waiting another month and they hung up on me! How is this even legal? i want my money or my gift card back! This company is a joke! I will file a police report and contact a lawyer! they are not getting away with this!

GBUnresponsive Customer Service GiftCardRescue.com has really competitive pricing on discounted gift cards. I am dissatisfied with their customer service. After emailing to check in on what looked like a double-withdrawal from my credit card account, I received an automated response saying someone would get in touch with me in a couple days. No response, no anything. The burden of challenging double charges shouldn't be on the burden of the customer. Period.
