Bill in customer service has been kind in getting this taken care of. You do have to hope that the affiliates they work with (Party City in this case) will do as they should so your experience could vary. Originial post: I ordered balloons for my father after surgery as a surprise. They sent them via Door Dash apparently and called his room asking if he had a delivery. The poor man couldn't eat for days so he said no and they just left. I called and they did re-deliver the next day but then two days later ANOTHER delivery was sent (that I didn't authorize or ask for). I can't get in touch with customer service to get my money back.

GBFair Warning ⚠️ Fair Warning ⚠️ I am very disappointed in this company. They promised next day delivery and it did not happen until 2 days later, at which time my granddaughter had been discharged. I requested a refund. I will be surprised if I get it without further headache.

GBThe flowers I ordered looked nothing… The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I understood there would be some possible changes. This was more like a child made it. When I went to the company with pictures, I was told they would give me 20% off. My friend probably thinks I sent her a “cheap” arrangement. Which I did not.

GBA+ for customer service My Daughter was expecting a edible arrangement at the hospital she was admitted too. She was discharged before delivery. We updated the address, but later learned our home address was out of radius, therefore no fruit bouquet 😕, Hospitalgiftshop reached out to us to see if they could do something else. And offered to find something in our area to send to her at home. We appreciate the outreach and offer to find a solution for the order that couldn’t be delivered. Not every company takes the time to do that. Thank you for putting in the effort to find a solution.

GBExcellent Customer Service! This company has excellent customer service. I placed an order for a family member to receive balloons and a gift, but their original delivery date was moved. I called customer service to let them know, and they said to just give them a call when they checked back in so they could make the delivery at that time. The balloons and gift were perfect!
