Excellent Customer Service! This company has excellent customer service. I placed an order for a family member to receive balloons and a gift, but their original delivery date was moved. I called customer service to let them know, and they said to just give them a call when they checked back in so they could make the delivery at that time. The balloons and gift were perfect!

On the one hand On the one hand, the flowers that were ordered for my sister were not delivered to her room until after she had been discharged. But on the other hand, once told of this, HospitalGiftShop bent over backwards to deliver a fresh arrangement to my sister at her home. Excellent customer service!!!

Its All About The Little Things Was so happy to find the gift shop on-line. Going thru a very stressful time with a sick grandchild that we were unable to visit while he was in the hospital. Absolutely scam of a company Absolutely scam of a company. They literally ghosted me after paying $75 for a same day delivery. 2 days later my best friend is being discharged with her new baby girl and still no flowers. No updates. No phone call from management - this company is a SCAM! Do not buy from here I am so disappointed- plan to report
