GBRead RECENT reviews Horrible, horrible experience. I ordered a sympathy "artisan" bouquet. The pictured item I ordered was a rich arrangement of white flowers, of different textures. I paid $89.27 (USD). My grieving friend received a bunch of colorful tulips! Currently wasting my morning "negotiating" a refund with them. Proper companies fulfill their promise; and when they drop the ball, they take remedial action. This is clearly not one of those companies.

GBIts All About The Little Things Was so happy to find the gift shop on-line. Going thru a very stressful time with a sick grandchild that we were unable to visit while he was in the hospital. Chose a few items from your nice selection of age appropriate gifts. His mom called to tell me the "gifts made his day". Mine too! Thank You for the ease of ordering on-line and the quick delivery. GBI ordered a blue areagment of flowers… I ordered a blue areagment of flowers for 105.00 for my daughter who gave birth to a BOY. She received wilted purple flowers a horrible arrangement I could not beleive they sent a totaly difften arrangement that had nothing that I ordered.

GBA+ for customer service My Daughter was expecting a edible arrangement at the hospital she was admitted too. She was discharged before delivery. We updated the address, but later learned our home address was out of radius, therefore no fruit bouquet 😕, Hospitalgiftshop reached out to us to see if they could do something else. And offered to find something in our area to send to her at home. We appreciate the outreach and offer to find a solution for the order that couldn’t be delivered. Not every company takes the time to do that. Thank you for putting in the effort to find a solution.

GBNOT TRUSTWORTHY! Said they delivered to the military base and sold edible arrangements. I ordered a baby arrangement that was almost $120 to be delivered. They confirmed my order and said it was being filled. I then received an AI text asking if they could substitute my order for flowers instead - and then I received one stating they didn't deliver to the base! If I wanted flowers, I would have ordered flowers! And don't say you deliver to the base when you don't! Can't place a new order because now it won't arrive to the hospital on time!
