GBRead RECENT reviews Horrible, horrible experience. I ordered a sympathy "artisan" bouquet. The pictured item I ordered was a rich arrangement of white flowers, of different textures. I paid $89.27 (USD). My grieving friend received a bunch of colorful tulips! Currently wasting my morning "negotiating" a refund with them. Proper companies fulfill their promise; and when they drop the ball, they take remedial action. This is clearly not one of those companies.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Seems all cookie cutter automated dry- bordering on rude responses. Waited an entire day to find out any information on delivery status- then received a delivery confirmation that states arrangements were delivered, but no one at the hospital seems to have seen the arrangement. Patient is not in ICU and does not have restrictions. Unfortunately, I ordered prior to reading the below reviews. Very expensive mistake. I have no idea what the arrangements look like in person. That may call for a new review in itself.

Bill in customer service has been kind in getting this taken care of. You do have to hope that the affiliates they work with (Party City in this case) will do as they should so your experience could vary. Originial post: I ordered balloons for my father after surgery as a surprise. They sent them via Door Dash apparently and called his room asking if he had a delivery. The poor man couldn't eat for days so he said no and they just left. I called and they did re-deliver the next day but then two days later ANOTHER delivery was sent (that I didn't authorize or ask for). I can't get in touch with customer service to get my money back.

GBNOT TRUSTWORTHY! Said they delivered to the military base and sold edible arrangements. I ordered a baby arrangement that was almost $120 to be delivered. They confirmed my order and said it was being filled. I then received an AI text asking if they could substitute my order for flowers instead - and then I received one stating they didn't deliver to the base! If I wanted flowers, I would have ordered flowers! And don't say you deliver to the base when you don't! Can't place a new order because now it won't arrive to the hospital on time!
