GBBe warned.its not immediate as advertised. Honestly this has been a real pain. Yes I eventually got my card, but it wasn't on the day it was purchased, andni had to play a game of tag woth support. You shouldn't advertise "immediate" gift cards through email if it's not immediate.

GBI requested immediate delivery I requested immediate delivery, but it’s been almost a few hours and the recipient has not yet recvd my gift to them :( I’ve ordered in the past, and I’ve never had an issue.. this was time-sensitive, so I’m kinda bummed :(

GBThe recipient never received the gift… The recipient never received the gift card and I can’t seem to get a live person on the phone without the 16 digit card number that I do not have. I only have the invoice number but that’s an option for customer service. This is ridiculous.

GBI am very frustrated with their… I am very frustrated with their service. I tried to purchase a gift card, but they kept canceling my order. 3 times I tried to purchase, and I got confirmation that my order was canceled: "We had to cancel your order #12178092 because it didn’t pass our screening process." I called their service line, which was very difficult to get through. I had to choose an option that didn't match my inquiry just to speak to a live person.... Their phone system doesn't allow you to connect with a live person unless you have a gift card number.... I guess they didn't think about people BUYING A GIFT CARD... we won't have a gift card number!!!! Once I got through, the rep told me to go to a whole new website: www .shop.giftcards. com to purchase my gift card. This website didn't have the option to log into my account so that I could apply this purchase to my rewards, nor did it provide an option to send the gift card via text. Very frustrating indeed.
