GBPersonalization is nice. Tracking would be nice though. The card turned out nice with the picture on it. It took 10 days to arrive in the mail with no tracking number or any way to see that it had shipped. I’m just glad it showed up. I’m updating my review, because I was asked to leave a review when it didn’t arrive yet.

GBI sent instant egift card and got ripped off I sent someone a instant egift I got the receipt with a invoice number my card was charged I went to look at the status of the card and it said INVOICE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST I TRIED IT 3 TIMES MAKING SURE IT WAS RIGHT ... SO I contacted the website and all it said was sorry to hear that we opened a case ??? Really??? U guys didn't mind taking the money right from my account.. give me my money back ... I have the receipts I make sure I take screenshots for these types of things SHOWING IT WAS PAID FOR

GBmy gift card never arrived to my… my gift card never arrived to my recipient. I was told it would be sent immediately and I would be notified when sent. Never happened. Extremely disappointed!! UPDATE 4/29/2024 I want to thank everyone on your team for making this right! My recipient received her gift card late this morning. She has been working many overtime hours and yesterday was a rare day off for her. I wanted to surprise her with a gift card however it never arrived. She finally received it today and was extremely happy. Thank you for turning an unexpected experience into a happy one.
