Confused and Disappointed! Your order form was quite confusing. I had intended to surprise my wife, Brooke, with a gift card from Macy’s. The card arrived in an envelope that was addressed to me (Alan, Brooke’s husband). The return address indicated the envelope was from Brooke. She thought, I didn’t sent this.” So she opened it and ruined her surprise! I’m quite confused and disappointed!

Be warned.its not immediate as advertised. Honestly this has been a real pain. Yes I eventually got my card, but it wasn't on the day it was purchased, andni had to play a game of tag woth support. You shouldn't advertise "immediate" gift cards through email if it's not immediate.

The recipient never received the gift… The recipient never received the gift card and I can’t seem to get a live person on the phone without the 16 digit card number that I do not have. I only have the invoice number but that’s an option for customer service. This is ridiculous.

UPDATE 4/29/2024 I want to thank everyone on your team for making this right! My recipient received her gift card late this morning. She has been working many overtime hours and yesterday was a rare day off for her. I wanted to surprise her with a gift card however it never arrived. She finally received it today and was extremely happy. Thank you for turning an unexpected experience into a happy one.

After I activated it the card would not… After I activated it the card would not work so I tried to check the balance of the card and this message pops up "No card found with these details. Please check the details and try again, or contact customer service."
