GBIssues with delivery but decent overall. The gift card said it would be delivered instantly, but the recipient still does not have it twelve hours later. I sure was charged instantly, though! Awaiting feedback from customer support. Update: The customer support team stepped in and handled the issue within 24 hours. Thank you.

GBTried the gift card on multiple sites… Tried the gift card on multiple sites with it being declined everytime I am trying to use it on Amazon now but we will see what happens I checked the balance and it has not taken the money off the balance yet. Edit: it worked on Amazon

GBIt's very frustrating that I cannot… It's very frustrating that I cannot easily call and get a hold of someone but that I have to use a impersonal chat option. I also was told that I would receive a phone call from a manager and it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. Super frustrating.

GBAfter I activated it the card would not… After I activated it the card would not work so I tried to check the balance of the card and this message pops up "No card found with these details. Please check the details and try again, or contact customer service."

GBI am very frustrated with their… I am very frustrated with their service. I tried to purchase a gift card, but they kept canceling my order. 3 times I tried to purchase, and I got confirmation that my order was canceled: "We had to cancel your order #12178092 because it didn’t pass our screening process." I called their service line, which was very difficult to get through. I had to choose an option that didn't match my inquiry just to speak to a live person.... Their phone system doesn't allow you to connect with a live person unless you have a gift card number.... I guess they didn't think about people BUYING A GIFT CARD... we won't have a gift card number!!!! Once I got through, the rep told me to go to a whole new website: www .shop.giftcards. com to purchase my gift card. This website didn't have the option to log into my account so that I could apply this purchase to my rewards, nor did it provide an option to send the gift card via text. Very frustrating indeed.
