DO NOT use Weddington Way for Bridesmaid Dresses If you do not pay $200 instead of $170 you cannot return your dress. When trying to discuss what I should do with a customer service representative she hung up on me once I asked her to admit that not being able to return my dress even though it is the exact same style as another dress that you can return is not a good practice. These dresses are also horrendous compared to how much you pay for them. I was just in a wedding where I had to buy a J Crew sale dress for $70, and it had a quality of 10 when these dresses have a quality of about a 2. I would never use this site for my own wedding.

Do yourself a favor - DO NOT USE WEDDINGTON WAY!! Do NOT use this company. Horrible experience that added unbelievable stress to our wedding planning. Dresses arrived in different colors and did not match. Corrective order arrived the day before the wedding - no follow through,empty promises and horrible customer service. Received Used & Stained Dress I just received my dress today that I ordered for my friend’s wedding in April, and the condition it came in is unbelievable. Clearly, someone wore this for a wedding and returned it with mementos of that wedding in the form of grass, grease, dirt, and makeup stains all over the bottom and front panel of the dress. Does Weddington Way not have a quality control team to check the condition of returned dresses/ all dresses before they are sent out? This is completely unacceptable for a new dress costing nearly $200. I have many friends planning upcoming weddings, and I can guarantee you that I will be warning them all to stay away from this neglectful company.

Amazing selection and customer service I had 9 bridesmaids spread across the country, and Weddington Way made the process fun and seamless. I was able to let all of the bridesmaids weigh in on their favorite style so we landed on a style that everyone liked despite many different body types.
