GBAmazing selection and customer service I had 9 bridesmaids spread across the country, and Weddington Way made the process fun and seamless. I was able to let all of the bridesmaids weigh in on their favorite style so we landed on a style that everyone liked despite many different body types. One bridesmaid was pregnant with her first child and the customer service team was extremely helpful in ordering the right size. The selection was great and the prices were really reasonable.

GBThis is the WORST WORST WORST … This is the WORST WORST WORST experience I have EVER had and I have been a bridesmaid something like 12 times. Any time you want to get clarification or assistance, especially through the live chat---you get a nasty sarcastic customer "service" representative who is purposefully ambiguous, and in my opinion, completely rude. My dress wasn't set to ship for 4 months (yes you read that right, I ordered in March and it wasn't coming until June 30th) and I needed to make a size change. I spoke to a customer service rep via live chat who gave me the run around---long story short, the issue still isn't fixed. I HATE this company and I will tell everybody and anybody who will listens. Update: they did reach out. It was too little and too late--offered to "expedite" the order for no charge, which still meant a month late. I cancelled the dress and I went to Macys bridal. What a complete 180. I will never order from weddington.

GBWorst This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Do yourself a favor and fight with a bride that wants to use them. More money in alterations than the dress is worth but if they had prepared the dress properly and designed it anything like the picture you might be happy. If you take the time to read reviews it looks like after many bad reviews they have employees go and write reviews to boost the stars. I am extremely disappointed in the way my purchase came to me and even more so with how the customer service was handled.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Had to make an appointment but it’s not clear why, they just have you pick off a rack and put you in a room to try on like any department store. They were out of a ton of sizes and ALL tops and I was told “they just didn’t send them”. They suggested I order multiple sizes online and return the ones I don’t want, yet I would have to pay for return shipping and restocking fees. No thx.

GBNever received order; impossible to contact. I'm a bride with 12 bridesmaids ordering from Weddington Way. Most of the dresses came in timely and beautiful. However, one of my bridesmaids has yet to receive her order which was placed May 2. We have all emailed, FB messaged, called, texted, with hardly any response. The one response we did get told us the dresses would be expedited with three day shipping yet they haven't arrived, and my wedding is in THREE weeks. Terrible customer service.
