DKI ordered Dec 3rd and as of today… I ordered Dec 3rd and as of today January 8th I still didn’t receive anything. First time customer service came back, telling me it still was within the promised shipment days - after some more approaching from my side about expected delivery date - silence. When tracking - no movements since Dec 24th ☹️☹️☹️

GBAirportag products give a 'lift' to jaded travelers Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them. By contrast, Airportag products are cleverly designed, colorful, useful, and sturdy. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a smile out of their travel experience.

GBFun designs and high quality! Very happy with my Airportag Apple Watch bands! Liked the first one enough to order a custom second- to commemorate our upcoming move. Making my own “boarding pass” band showing the airport identifiers, along with the actual flight number was a lot of fun. The quality of the bands is solid- while still fairly new, it’s holding up to daily wear, including workouts. Service was incredibly fast- including the custom band- had it within days of ordering. Keep up the great work Airportag!
Disappointed Customer
GBLong process times, lack of customer support I placed an order on December 3rd, their website states processing is done in 3-5 days. As of today (December 14th) my order hasn't shipped and I can no longer get anyone to respond to me. At first the excuse was Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it would take 4-8 days to process. I asked to cancel the order however was told it was in production and ready to go out the door last week. Still not here and still crickets from their customer service department.
