Airportag products give a 'lift' to jaded travelers Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them. By contrast, Airportag products are cleverly designed, colorful, useful, and sturdy. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a smile out of their travel experience.

Poor customer service but nice merchandise I wrote previously that the company was a scam because it took several weeks to get my order. I could not contact anyone as the company doesn’t have a phone number. Chatting with them is hit or miss, sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t. I did eventually receive the luggage I ordered and the bags looked nice. So, I am changing my review and giving them 4 stars instead of 1 I originally gave.

Poor Customer Service The quality of their luggage tags is very good, so after ordering two, I ordered one more. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong state from the drop down menu when filling out the customization form and my luggage tag came with the wrong state. They refused to accept this return to replace with a correct tag. You would think they could invest in software sophisticated enough to catch these errors before printing tags with state/zip code mismatches. It also took them a week to respond to my return query, and only responded after I emailed them again. I will not order from this company again.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them please. I made a purchase with them and after one month it was still showing in the tracking number that the package was in the same place. After contacting them they replied that international purchases could take up to 7 weeks to arrive. Eventually I contacted them again saying, 7 weeks had passed and no item had arrived, I wanted my money back. No reply. Also they show excellent reviews on their website but yet I cannot place a review myself. Complete scam.
