GBBEWARE Arlington TX Arlinton TX. store. All went well until dress came in and needed to be altered. Insisted the bride and mom of bride order two sizes bigger then they normally wear. Bride's bodice needed to be taken in 6 inches which resulted in the bodice looking nothing like the sample/picture. Due to the reconstruction it is now shorter- 2.5 inches above the floor. They want to keep altering it until it's "fixed". Wedding is 6/20/2015. Not sure what can be done. Managers want pictures, which we took and sent, to show the problems. It is a Disney collection dress. Next contact may be Walt Disney corp. Mom's dress altered 3 inches in. Bridemaids insisted on ordering actual sizes they wear. Guess what, NO alterations needed. Wonder why?? It's Angelo's factory in China. Should be same sizes.

GBbest experience ever! West Covina Alfred Angelo is the best! We met Lisa with the hope that my sister would find a dress but never thought that we would be treated so special. We had been to another bridal store "DB" in Beverly hills because my sister was told had the most selection and best service. We drive 1hr away to be rushed and had to keep finding dresses for her and the lady who was supposed to be helping us was also helping 4 other brides. However with Lisa she brought so many dresses just from 1 picture that my sister showed her from her phone and helped her try it on and was with us the whole time (6hrs). The staff here is amazing and when she had to attend to her next appointment she handed us off soooo well that we never felt the change in service. Needless to say it was a tearful (happy tears) and such a memorable day when she found her dress!!! Thank you again Lisa and all the staff at West Covina Alfred Angelo!!!! You are amazing; )

GBThe WORSE Customer Service HORRIBLE Store Manager Barbara CHERRY HILL I ordered a dress that was a poor replica as pictured in the book Alfred Angelo Bridal uses to advertise. I was told that the seamstress would be able to make the dress looked as pictured. After 7 months, I was told - the dress doesn't always come as pictured. One month before my wedding, I am stuck with no dress and a manager not willing to come up with a solution. The manager had a poor attitude, she was rude and has no customer service skills and I would not recommend anyone to this store. The one star if for the assistant manager who tried to find a solution but unfortunately - the manager undid all of her hard work.

GBExtremely Disappointed I recently picked up my wedding dress and I'm extremely disappointed in what arrived. To start the dress was brought out all wrinkled. There are strings hanging from what is supposed to be a brand new dress. The beading is also lifting off and doesn't lay correctly. When I was zipped into the dress the top clasp pulled out and now needs to be reenforced. The dress ordered for me is too big, you can see down into the front of the dress due to a gap where the dress doesn't sit right and I have no figure or shape at all in this trumpet style dress. I was told that the dress being ordered would fit my chest and I would only need to have a little bit of the waist brought in. But because the entire dress is too big the whole thing needs to be altered to fit. So now I have to pay for a larger alteration and to also have these dress defects fixed. The only reason I rated you 2 stars is because at least your staff is nice. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated. This is turning into a nightmare.

GBAwesome Staff My wedding is in January 2014. I'm highly intimidated with planning big events, so I'm trying to take things one step at a time. My three sisters are my brides maids, and we all decided to go hunting for the maid dresses. The first place we decided to check out was Alfred Angelo over by Wilow Brook Mall in Houston, TX. We were able to get a consultation without a wait, and we had an amazing consultant named Michelle. She pulled several dresses with several different cuts and styles to fit my diverse brides maids. She was patient, kept up conversation with me while my sisters were getting dressed so i wasn't sitting there alone and bored, and was very helpful in suggesting different types of dresses. she made all of us feel beautiful and appreciated. she laughed and had a good time with us. After we had our favorite dresses picked out she let all of us try on a veil and pose together for a picture. The dresses everyone liked best were a bit pricey, but for the experience, we just might be willing to pay the difference. I went back a week later to try on wedding gowns with my mother. Even though we didn't' have an appointment, Michelle made us a priority. She showed the same interest and devotion to helping me find the perfect dress according to my body type and my specific tastes. My mother was in a sour mood that day, but Michelle wouldn't let that get me down. she made me feel pretty in every dress, just as if i was her own daughter getting fitted for the most important day of her life. all in all, an amazing experience.
