GBHorrible! Do not use I am giving a 1 rating only because is not possible to give 0! Placed an order for 2 sympathy arrangements. After my card was charged, I received an email informing my order had been cancelled and refunded in full because they couldn’t find a florist. However, the refund only covered one of the arrangements. I called the following day to find out if the other arrangement had been delivered since it was not covered by the refund. Their response was “We don’t know what happened. Someone will call you back.” No one ever called me back! The arrangement was actually delivered after my call (one day late, not on the date I selected when placing my order). No explanation or update was ever provided. Had I not called my arrangement would have never been delivered. Do not trust this service for any special occasion. Extremely unreliable.

GBMy sis left for a vacation! I sent a bouquet to my sister for her birthday. I was informed she wasnt answering her door, so I called and found out she just left for a 2 week vacation! I was able to reschedule a delivery for when she returned home with no problem and no extra charge. Thank you!

GBOrdered flowers from what I thought was… Ordered flowers from what I thought was FTD and just found out that they “transferred” my order to an Albertsons grocery store. I paid over $100 and got a grocery store bouquet delivered? Thank you, Now I know what your company thinks of my support. Will never order again!!

GBLove the Same Day Delivery I love the fact that this company offers same day delivery. It was kind of a last minute thought to send flowers to my boss whose grandfather had passed away the week prior. She was very happy when she got them & advised that they were very beautiful.

GBHorrible Support First time using them and probably the last. Support is horrible, they don't listen, talk over you, argue and a bad connection a top of that. The site is even worse. Says you can update the order but then does not provide any ability to do so, their chat never connects, tried and home and work. Just an all around bad experience. Haven't even received the flowers yet so will update to see if they at least get that right.
