GB2 Hip flasks Ordered 2 personalised hip flasks for different people and paid for gift wrapping and a personalised note for one. When they arrived the wrong one was gift wrapped. I carefully swapped them but couldn’t get the ribbon back as beautifully. I checked the order and it was correct. The hip flasks are gorgeous and fabulous quality. Both 6 ounce smooth. The colours are accurate with the website. Still worth it for the lovely items.

GBGreat customer service and reliably beautiful products We recently ordered a leather guest book for a friends' country house and are very glad we did so through Aspinal. The book was exquisite both in terms of material and craftsmanship. GBLovely bag but not great customer… Lovely bag but not great customer service. I paid extra for gift packaging which arrived damaged and the ribbon hanging off. This wasn't the kind of damage caused in transit but would have been packed in this damaged gift box with the ribbon not tied properly. The dust bag was also dirty with some sort of stains. The bag itself is beautiful and amazing quality. However, I was very disappointed with the box and dustbag so emailed them to let them know what had happened. They did offer to send a new gift box but I didn't really want another. No refund offered for the damaged gift box I paid extra for and no mention regarding the dirty dustbag. I guess the lovely bag is the main thing but I just expected better for a luxury brand. I love handbags and have bags from Louis Vuitton, Mulberry and Kate Spade etc. and this has been the worst Customer Service and purchasing experience
