Amazing Experience, thanks Matt! Had a last minute corporate virtual event that I needed goodie baskets sent to over 20 people in different locations across the country. Ridiculous to offer Valentine's Day… Ridiculous to offer Valentine's Day baskets that have no realistic way of getting to someone by Valentine's Day. On top of that, no tracking available until a day after valentine's day. Finally, way overpriced for so taking advantage of the holiday. Thank you to Matt! Thank you to Matt to making sure my gift exchange luncheon with my colleagues was a success! The basket I had ordered was coming from a 3rd party and was locked up in massive shipping delays. Matt offered to reimburse the shipping cost, but when I told him the purpose for the gift (that I'd ordered almost 2 weeks before) he scrambled and quickly told me they would create a "like" basket in house and ship it out next day, at no extra cost to me. Did not receive what I had ordered… Did not receive what I had ordered which was Duckadoodles for my grandson. He received an Easter Basket with little girl’s items. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering again. Christine Kirkpatrick
