GBMy grandchildren loved the Easter… My grandchildren loved the Easter cookie bouquet. I was concerned the cookies would break in transit but they were packaged so well that every one of them was perfect when they arrived. Love the Easter design on each cookie. The hardest decision for them was choosing the one they wanted to eat first. Will definitely purchase from Canterberry again.

GBPerfect Treats in basket After searching several companies for the perfect treats in a basket and the item being available. That was a go to. Although the date I chose for delivery was a Holiday. So I made a call and sent an email. Someone contacted me back within an hour to inform me of the delivery date. The date given was right on time and correct.

GBRidiculous to offer Valentine's Day… Ridiculous to offer Valentine's Day baskets that have no realistic way of getting to someone by Valentine's Day. On top of that, no tracking available until a day after valentine's day. Finally, way overpriced for so taking advantage of the holiday. Thanks Greatly appreciate the prompt response and the service recovery gesture. Daughter actually loved the basket. Best wishes and future success.

GBIgnoring emails Within 24hrs of ordering I emailed them asking to cancel because my friend, in the hospital, had to be revived 4 times in one day. They ignored my email for 2 days until it was too late. When I responded saying that is terrible customer service I received another email telling me it was my fault & they offered to refund everything but shipping out of goodness of their heart!? If your business is gift baskets, you can't ignore emails. Update: I was not going to get into it with you while I was cooking dinner, so yes, I hung up. I never asked for a refund. I asked to cancel order, then I said,, thank God you can cancel that request. At that point if you had just apologized for the situation, nothing else would have been said. But after your last unkind email to me ,I decided to leave a review
