Custom orders should only be done in person. I hate not being able to try on dresses but the bride insisted we use this company. Delivery came way sooner than expected and the color of the dress is exactly what the bride wanted. Having given them my exact measurements the dress is too big in my bust and waist and basically looks like a am wearing a curtain. I'm just disappointed I have to spend more money on alterations than what I paid for the dress.

Terrible customer service and dress quality Dress did not come at all like it was described. And per the recommendation of the customer service, they added an inch to the waist which made a standard dress "custom" and then voided any potential to return. They won't offer any return for the dress and told me to try and sell it and order another. Don't order!!! So many other sites out there that are better.

I love my dress I love my dress! And more importantly, the bride loves it! Its the perfect color, arrived very quickly (because I didn't do custom, I just ordered a size up from my usual size) I need a hem and a little taken in but that's because I am done nursing my youngest and wasn't sure about the boob situation. It's beautiful and really great quality.

Excellent What an awesome experience that I had with Tulle and Chantilly. At first I was worried about sending my measurements off over the internet and scared that my bridesmaid dress will come back either too big, too small, totally not what I ordered or different colour etc everything was going through my head but I was totally wrong about everything. Great communication between Sophie and I, the dress arrived so fast, exactly the correct measurement's, the colour was perfect and just amazing!!!! Thank-you Tulle and Chantilly :-)

Wine Bridesmaids I ordered 3 wine coloured dresses for my bridesmaids 45 days before my big day. They selected their style and fit as I didnt want it to be a one time occasion dress. Customer service was regular and constant. Delivery was on time and when the dresses arrived, all four of us were mindblown. A few specific alterations had to be made but nothing major. The colour was lovely and perfect. Wish I could add pictures.
