GBThe stars are for Luca The stars are for Luca - not for siteground Having your support team tell customers they can not manage hosting that is "expired" (no longer wanted) is why I'm sure they hear a lot of negative feedback. Luca was great, siteground tried to force me to renew something I didn't want to be able to access something I already paid for.

GBCache cleared more than expected but it still worked! My experience was detailed and straight to the point. I was unable to access my website and instructed to clear the cache after clearing the cache my web browser crashed, my tabs disappeared and I lost the chat communication. It took some time before reconfiguring it back to the way it originally was. I wish I was forewarned about this (unless it was an unusual occurrence). Other than that my questioned was answered and I was able to access my website.

GBSupport Staff Fixed My Site and Improved My Work Flow I was having issues with a plugin after running much needed updates. I was having trouble figuring out which one it is. The staff were very helpful and reminded me of a couple of useful techniques to prevent issues in the future (purging the cache and creating a staging copy of the site before making big changes!) I am very grateful for their assistance.
