I´m having some issues with my IP address being blocked every two days because of some Siteground accounts generating wrong IMAP requests and are blocking my IP. I don´t understand why other customer´s error are blocking my IP, but we´re in the process of gathering more information. Other than that, the help support team has always been very helpful and overall quick and effective as I mentioned above. Well done.
