GBSupport Staff Fixed My Site and Improved My Work Flow I was having issues with a plugin after running much needed updates. I was having trouble figuring out which one it is. The staff were very helpful and reminded me of a couple of useful techniques to prevent issues in the future (purging the cache and creating a staging copy of the site before making big changes!) I am very grateful for their assistance.

GBAnastasios was amazing!!! Anastasios was amazing. I needed to temporarly close my account due to medical reasons. I was able to get a refund with no questions asked. Really look forward to getting the project restarted with Siteground, hopefully in the near future.

GBCache cleared more than expected but it still worked! My experience was detailed and straight to the point. I was unable to access my website and instructed to clear the cache after clearing the cache my web browser crashed, my tabs disappeared and I lost the chat communication. It took some time before reconfiguring it back to the way it originally was. I wish I was forewarned about this (unless it was an unusual occurrence). Other than that my questioned was answered and I was able to access my website.
