WinX dvd ripper great experience I've been using WinX dvd ripper platinum for years and it's the best investment I've made to digitalized my dvd collection. Now my dvd are safely store in boxes and won't be scratched by loading, unloading, etc. I keep adding new ones I buy at the store without any problems with my lifetime licence letting me upgrade anytime new version is available. Contact during holidays customer service for reinstallation on my new computer (reset the licence) and got an answer in less than 24 hours.

The tool quality is normal but the service is poor. The tool quality is normal. But the customer support and overall service is poor. In the website it's mentioned 30 day money-back guarantee which made me to buy a yearly subscription, yet within 30 days you can't cancel the subscription. Why promise and lie? It's better be open and transparent with the users which will benefit both parties.
