GBLifetime License - Resolved Edit: I had initial problems contacting support due their replies being sent to my SPAM folder. Thanks to Trustpilot they were able to contact me successfully I have now resolved the licensing issue with the help of their support department. Who replied to my initial query on the same day I submitted it. And have gone out of their way to ensure the issue was resolved,

GBExcellent product and great support! The Winx DVD Ripper Platinum software works extremely well for DVDs for which I was unable to find any other solution. Also, when I had a problem with it, their support team got involved immediately and helpfully and stayed with it until the problem I had was completely solved. Very happy with Digiarty and the product!

GBIncurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler Incurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler. Contacted Support by e-mail over the New Year period not expecting any response until the end of the holidays. Contact continued into New Years Day and the problem was solved (as simple as updating my GPU Drivers so probably down to me). What can I say but service beyond expectations. Incidentally I've found the Win X family of products excellent to use and this was the first issue I've had over those six years.
