ECCS' customer service is second to… ECCS' customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue where the USPS temporarily lost my package, which wasn't found until after the cut off date for a signing. Chris went so far as to ask what cards I had sent and pulled from his own collection. I have never experienced a level of customer service like this. ECCS has a customer for life.

Our 2 newest pieces from ECCS We sent 2 photos in as East Coast Collectors Service was/is the official send in partner of 90s con. We had Alyssa Milano added to a Charmed piece that they started for us a couple years ago. It's looking beautiful. 2nd was a Knight Rider photo to add Willam Daniels, which completed that photo. It also turned out amazing. They got them back super fast also so we could attempt to have 1 somewhere else in a small time frame. Outstanding job from them as always. My favorite company to do send ins with. From my Goonies poster signed by 9 to these newest 2 always a great job, no worries about my items. Recommend them anytime. I sent my poster in a couple of years… I sent my poster in a couple of years ago for Josh Brolin signing. They reached out to many multiple times when new signers were available for my Goonies poster. They kept my poster safe and ended up adding - Josh Brolin, Sean Astin, Jeff Cohen, Kerri Green, and Joe Pantoliano (already had KeHuy Quan). Poster was amazing when I finally got it back.
