I was skeptical at first, but ECC NAILED IT!! I just wanted to say "THANK YOU!" for absolutely nailing my Randy Quaid autograph request! I've been hunting for this exact photo signed in a silver pen for over a year and ECC got it right! I was a bit nervous opening the package, as in today's world it's hard to find people that are accountable, but your team hit an absolute home run in satisfying my email request.
