Do a great job of getting the right pen colour, placement, inscriptions (character name or quote), and sometimes a pic of the celeb signing which is great. Just got two items back from Terrific Con - Anthony Michael Hall to complete a Breakfast Club piece, and added Ilan Mitchell-Smith to a Weird Science piece.

ECCS' customer service is second to… ECCS' customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue where the USPS temporarily lost my package, which wasn't found until after the cut off date for a signing. Chris went so far as to ask what cards I had sent and pulled from his own collection. I have never experienced a level of customer service like this. ECCS has a customer for life.
