Excellent Customer Service I was super late to send it out.USPS gave me bad advice on shipping service and it took forever to arrive.They still took my item and got it signed.Im super grateful and will be using them again.I recommend them to everyone.

Every item they have sent back to me has been packaged well. Their consistency has made it so that they have become my most trusted company for obtaining autographs.

I’ve used them a few times now for… I’ve used them a few times now for send-ins and never had an issue. Do a great job of getting the right pen colour, placement, inscriptions (character name or quote), and sometimes a pic of the celeb signing which is great. Just got two items back from Terrific Con - Anthony Michael Hall to complete a Breakfast Club piece, and added Ilan Mitchell-Smith to a Weird Science piece.

ECCS' customer service is second to… ECCS' customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue where the USPS temporarily lost my package, which wasn't found until after the cut off date for a signing. Chris went so far as to ask what cards I had sent and pulled from his own collection. I have never experienced a level of customer service like this. ECCS has a customer for life.
