GBI ordered a painting for almost four… I ordered a painting for almost four thousand dollars. On the day it was arriving I found out it was returned to the shipper. I made several calls and finally someone called back and said that it was due to paperwork and it would be shipped again. One week later, again calling multiple times, I finally got a message it would be shipped Monday. Today is Thursday. I expected it yestrrday. It was again sent back to the shipper. I called five times! No one answered the phone or called me back. I sent an email to cancel the order. Have yet to hear from anyone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GBSome thoughts on Saatchi Hi - easy platform... a few thoughts. (1) would be nice to have a feature to communicate with the artist to ask questions. couldn't find an easy way to do this if it does exist. (2) totally appreciate focus on fair payment - but it is a market and while artist does set price I don't think there should be a parameter around bids. artist have the ability to review any bid and negotiate directly with the seller.
