The art arrived on time and the quality was good. The artist even sent a hand written thank you, which I thought was a nice touch!

No shipping concerns I was amazed when my art work arrived within one week! Based on my past experiences with US customs I was a bit nervous about large art works arriving in a timely manner AND unscathed. Saatchi's brokers made everything super easy - ZERO hassles with customs. Plus DHL delivery was perfect. Very pleased!!

Beautiful artwork! Beautiful artwork that was ever prettier in person than on the website! Artwork arrived in a reasonable amount of time from overseas in good condition. I was also able to negotiate some on the price.

Love the painting, “make an offer” process confusing I love the painting I purchased, and it arrived well packed and faster than I’d expected. What I didn’t expect was to have my offer countered and then while I was considering my response to have it accepted and my card charged. I’m sure it’s in the fine print but other sites that allow negotiation would require a response from the buyer before charging them. In my mind my offer was declined when the artist/shop countered.
