Absolutely Terrible Customer Support Processes I was told my issue would be escalated, turns out escalated is just the same email sent over 5 days later that you can't even reply to. Absolutely terrible customer support!

Refuse to refund games despite… Refuse to refund games despite developers acknowledging the games poor performance. When contacting support, the live chat agent ended the chat without giving me a chance to respond after we had been chatting back and forth. That was AFTER I had waited in their queue for 50 minutes. Non-existent support staff and predatory business tactics. AVOID.

Unhelpful playstation support So I'm logged out of my playstation online account and the customer support person, called Kev, was very unhelpful. He asked for a serial number on the playstation which was fine and the order number of a purchase for playstation store that I bought 2-3 years ago. Once I explained I didn't have it and the email had been deleted he said nothing he can do. I then asked for someone else I can talk to about reopening my account and he doged the question the first time and then asks for my number for some one to ring later. I honestly don't have high hopes.

The worst customer service The worst customer service I've ever experienced, treat their customers like numbers. Didn't do anything to address a complaint of rampant online abuse on their network, just kept trying to sell things instead of investigating the complaint

Piece of junk. Years ago I had a PlayStation and it was brilliant. So, years later, yesterday I bought a new PlayStation 5 and the Grand Turismo 7 game. Obviously I was expecting a great game console and game. However both are total crap. On my old PlayStation, plug in, pop in a game and off you go. Not this piece of s**t. Spend ages ie all afternoon setting it up before it can even be used. Needs to log onto internet then email address and date of birth FFS. Then, finally put in the game disc and after over 24 hours it still has not loaded. Checked the internet and one user suggested logging off the internet and then reload the disc. Well, hours later, still not uploaded. Am off back to the shop to try and get a refund for the piece of absolute junk. Don’t buy, it truly deserves to be flushed.
