CANo refunds on downloaded digital purchases - wha? I recently bought and downloaded Helldivers 2 to my digital-media only PS5. Played it for an hour, hated it, tried to get a refund. Apparently, you can't get a refunds because it was downloaded which means 49.99 plus tax down the drain. Horrible policy and really unimpressed with Sony here. Greedy.

IEDuck playstation support! Duck playstation support!! three hours sitting in queus to be kept be kicked by a live agent three times, the first time was because i wasn't in the correct queue and then the other two times with no explanation. The Most irritating experience, would not recommend having a problem. There shouldn't be regional support. If people have an issue they should be able to get support if its available not wait until their region provides support. being in the Eu my "Support office" hours don't do weekends but the us and aus offices are but i can't get support ridiculous

TRNo refund for not downloadable game. My refund request was not accepted on the grounds that the game was downloaded; but the game is a PS5 game. I don't even have a PS5. Even I realized that I bought the wrong version of the game when there was no download option. Sony's response is that the game has been downloaded/started to be downloaded, so no refunds can be made. I wonder where it downloaded? Even though I forwarded it twice, I received the same answer; The policy is ridiculous from the beginning anyway... You can see very easily games played for how long, how many MB was downloaded etc. It is not possible to download the game when i dont have ps5 and there is no active download button.. I mean, we say Sony is a big company, but they are worse than the oriental cunning. I'm sure I wouldn't have this problem even in a company that doesn't understand corporate governance at all. I want a refund for the game, which I bought the wrong version and couldn't download. Or you should just erase/abolish refund policy... I have never experienced such a stupid situation with any company.

GBThe worst customer service The worst customer service I've ever experienced, treat their customers like numbers. Didn't do anything to address a complaint of rampant online abuse on their network, just kept trying to sell things instead of investigating the complaint

GBPurchased faulty unfinished game Purchased faulty unfinished game. With less than an hour of playtime was denied refund even after demanding supervisor or manager. Was also told if I filed cc dispute they would ban my account immediately. This is obscene, they sell broken products and retaliate when customers demand appropriate refunds!
