When they advertise as the "estimated" delivery, make sure to tack on YEARS to their estimate to get a realistic idea of when they can deliver to you. Estimates being off by YEARS is not an estimate. They are not a construction company they are a retail game company. If you are not ready to offer a reasonable estimate, don't offer one at all. And BTW, they charge you IMMEDIATELY when you place an order, not when they deliver the product. They take your money right away, and then you have to wait years to get it. And good luck getting a refund because they only offer refunds on a CASE BY CASE basis. And on top of all this, their customer service is extremely rude and arrogant! They treat you like you're the idiot for even asking for their help. They are so arrogant and they treat their customers like crap. Horrible company, shame on them for happily taking peoples money and blatantly lying about their estimate dates. They also do not give you timely updates. I didn't get an update on my order until a whole year has passed. I learned about them through MetalJesusRocks and I'm just so disappointed. I hope he would see this and help take actions to make this better. This is not how you treat customers.

Discrimination and wrongful termination LRG fired a female employee for having an opinion online and following naughty people on Twitter. They did this because a pedophile and serial doxxer and harasser tweeted at them to complain. Now they've stopped responding to support requests and turned off replies/comments on all their social media accounts. I've tried reaching them to ask about my own orders due to this fiasco, and they haven't replied in 10 days.

Useless Useless, waiting two years on an order cant get an intelligent response with a definitive timeline. Dont bother wasting your money, they take your money and promote new orders to make more money to line their greedy pockets, all while hoping you forget about your order from 2 years ago. Unfair dismissal based on political views that were never shared at job This company has fired a very talented women because she followed someone on YouTube who's political views hurt the feelings of a trans women who by the way is a chomo sympathiser. And the YouTube is a trans women. How so many companies taking the word of some pedo over there own employee is beyond me. Should be ashamed when you're not even protecting your own employees.

Waited 6 months for 2 games Waited 6 months for 2 games. Received email they had shipped, 2 months later still no games and support says package lost. Inform me I can get a replacement or refund. I said send a replacement, that was 3 weeks ago and still no response after requesting updates.
