ESPERFECT SERVICE Back in late march of 2023 I bought a deluxe version of a game for NSW and after 10 months it’s come in mint condition, so happy with the game itself and the physical addons. I’d buy again if any games I’m interested in are published by them.

GBDon't back a company which believes we can not have our own opinions. I figure they would work well in Communist China! Well I just found out about the company from an article how they fired an employee because they were not a mindless drone who believed 100% of what they believe. I'm a huge gamer and love my old Atari, Playstation, Super NES, Sega, and others. But I would never purchase a game from a company which cares nothing about Freedom of Speech or allows their employees their own opinions. I guess I'll purchase elsewhere.

NZUseless Useless, waiting two years on an order cant get an intelligent response with a definitive timeline. Dont bother wasting your money, they take your money and promote new orders to make more money to line their greedy pockets, all while hoping you forget about your order from 2 years ago. Pyramid scheme shrouded in nostalgia gaming.

When they advertise as the "estimated" delivery, make sure to tack on YEARS to their estimate to get a realistic idea of when they can deliver to you. Estimates being off by YEARS is not an estimate. They are not a construction company they are a retail game company. If you are not ready to offer a reasonable estimate, don't offer one at all. And BTW, they charge you IMMEDIATELY when you place an order, not when they deliver the product. They take your money right away, and then you have to wait years to get it. And good luck getting a refund because they only offer refunds on a CASE BY CASE basis. And on top of all this, their customer service is extremely rude and arrogant! They treat you like you're the idiot for even asking for their help. They are so arrogant and they treat their customers like crap. Horrible company, shame on them for happily taking peoples money and blatantly lying about their estimate dates. They also do not give you timely updates. I didn't get an update on my order until a whole year has passed. I learned about them through MetalJesusRocks and I'm just so disappointed. I hope he would see this and help take actions to make this better. This is not how you treat customers.

DEWaiting 8 months for "in stock" articles I like physical copies of games but Limited Run always manages to disappoint me. Command & Conquer came without a physical game despite the illustration, the final disk was labeled "Assets Disk". I've been waiting almost two years for an order, and I've waited 8 months for another order with all available items. Which merchant needs 8 months to ship an order from its own warehouse? Edit: The list goes on, my most recent order was missing an item. Nevertheless, I decided to change my rating from 1 to 3 stars because customer support responded quickly and well twice. A subsequent delivery was arranged immediately and it arrived 3 weeks later. I had to pay customs fees, which is wrong, but I got them refunded immediately after contacting support.
