Corporate greed to extreme - inexistent customer service I played Marvel Contest of Champions for 7 years. Recently I accidentally purchased a bundle for 3000 units. Immediately after I submitted a support ticket to have the transaction cancelled and my units refunded. the security checks included 5 questions to provide information from 7 years ago. I did my best to answer them, provided screenshots from my google play account, forwarded whatever emails I still had. after all that, they went completely silent. It is utterly disappointing and will stop any in-app purchases and seriously considering uninstalling the game.

Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00… Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00 worth of charges my Special Needs Autistic grandson made. He didn't know what he was doing. They said it's not in their refund policy. This is an unusual circumstance and s/b dealt with differently. How can they not refund this money? They are taking advantage of a young special needs child!

spil ikke spillet Det er helt til grin... du kan bruge flere 1000 kr. på spillet. hvis så der sker en fejl, som sker tit så kan du ikke få hjælp fra supporten. de lover og lover men selv om du kan bevise at fejl sker så midster du bare dine penge... hold dig lang væk fra spillet .. ______________________________________ It's a joke ... You can spend DDK 1000 on the game. if so an error occurs, as frequently happens then you can not get help from support. they promise and promise but even if you can prove that errors happen so're losing you just want your money ... hold you long away from the game

Extortionist company I am a loyal player which spent over $100 in just a week of playing Shop Titans. The most recent in-app purchase I bought did not show up in my account. Thinking it was some payment delay, I waited. After a few days, still no item so I requested for a refund from iTunes. Later, my account was banned from important features and my gems (premium currency) was at a negative amount. I reached out to player support and they told me I need to pay 2x the amount to have my account unbanned & gems restored to the original amount. On top of that, they blame the player for fraud when we didn’t receive our product. I don’t mind spending money but I will not support a company with such atrocious player support & practices.
