PATHETIC Wrong information about the game (Sacred 2 Gold Edition): in the website they say that the game have 4 languages; that's false, it's only in English. As well as, in the web they say that the game will be delivered in 2 hours at the most; i had to wait 7 hours, in spite of the payment was done immediately. Later, when I tried to download the downloader.exe, it was corrupted. After trying and downloading it several times, I got that the game started to be downloaded. After installing it, when I executed the game, it appeared without any text. I had to navegate during hours to find a solution (a file was missing), because they need a lot of time to answer, and their answers are useless. Finally, they haven't even given me the code for playing online. That's all an ironic joke. I don't recommend this site at all.

Terrible I bought 3 copies of Don't Starve in 2 seperate orders, and 2 of the cd keys were duplicates / the same. I contacted support and after 2 days of terrible unprofessional grammar from their support team I received another key. Guess what happened next? Yup. The key is ALSO a duplicate and I contacted them again asking them for another key or a refund. It's took over 2 days for them to respond to me again after I made 2 tickets.. I've finally received the keys. Would not buy again from them. To much hassle.

Still waiting.. I've already waited out the two hour period and I haven't gotten my game yet. I was looking forward to having time to play it today but unfortunately it seems that won't be the case. And I wonder if they'll require my ID after reading other reviews... I regret buying from this website, will choose a competitor next time.

Shocking service Shocking service, avoid this company. I bought an XBox game from them and when they contacted me they tried to make me use a VPN to pretend to be in Argentina to claim it. Had to threaten them with Paypal and MS reports to get a refund. EXTREMLY DISHONEST and condescending company to deal with, use one of the many good companies instead.

Not recommended I ordered a game and paid via PayPal. After some minutes i got an email from gaming dragons that they want a copy of my id card or driving license. I use PayPal a lot with many different online shops and nobody ever asked for such a thing. This is absolutely unacceptable and NOT customer friendly. I canceled my order because I am not willing to send a copy of my id card to them just to buy a game. Also the shop's website can be displayed in german, but the TOS and after sales communication is in english only, unacceptable, too. I will never buy there again.
