ESPATHETIC Wrong information about the game (Sacred 2 Gold Edition): in the website they say that the game have 4 languages; that's false, it's only in English. As well as, in the web they say that the game will be delivered in 2 hours at the most; i had to wait 7 hours, in spite of the payment was done immediately. Later, when I tried to download the downloader.exe, it was corrupted. After trying and downloading it several times, I got that the game started to be downloaded. After installing it, when I executed the game, it appeared without any text. I had to navegate during hours to find a solution (a file was missing), because they need a lot of time to answer, and their answers are useless. Finally, they haven't even given me the code for playing online. That's all an ironic joke. I don't recommend this site at all.

GBWorst site ever First off, the site seems to only employ autistic people, so that way they can be complete f*cktards and incompetent. I bought a 3 month xbox live membership code and they asked for photo ID. I gave them some and they said it was "too blurry." I then responded to that wanting a refund and they haven't replied since nor given me my money back. Here's my response to your customer service and sh!tty a$$ site: F*** you and go kill yourself.

GBWaiting, verification, out of stock?! Their website says a CD key should be dispatched within 2 hours. It was around 4 hours before I even got an email asking for verification, rather than my CD key. After providing verification, they told me they were out of stock and would be in stock tomorrow. Why didn't it say they were out of stock on the website? I think customer support lied, so they wouldn't have to do their job. Either way, when a customer buys something, you provide them with the item. This is ridiculous. Never using them again and you shouldn't either; there are far faster and ethical companies out there.

DEWaiting for key delivery since 3 days.... I am still waiting for delivery & a response from there customer service team it has been yet 53 hours since I ordered my game and not had anything. All payments are done, only a order details email & nothing more... EDIT: After changing emailprovider its work fine... yahoo!mail didnt work correctly with UGK delivery system
