Bad service It has been 2 hours since ordering my product, should not have to wait at the backend of the time limit when competitor sites order immediately. No response to ticket. just bad customer service. would give 0/10 if i could

Waiting for key delivery since 3 days.... I am still waiting for delivery & a response from there customer service team it has been yet 53 hours since I ordered my game and not had anything. All payments are done, only a order details email & nothing more... EDIT: After changing emailprovider its work fine... yahoo!mail didnt work correctly with UGK delivery system

Waiting more than 2 promised hours. So after two promised hours still no purchased code. No answer from support, i feel cheated and will start procedure to get back my money. My fault because didnt read review first. EDIT:Code arrived with delay. Downloading purchased game. Please improve Your Customer Service to avoid bad reviews....

Fast, cheap and easy to order Was at first skeptical about purchasing from this website since I've never heard about them, however I gave it a chance and they delivered as promised. They offer pretty basic means of payment, PayPal, Skrill, Visa etc. Ordered Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition. Got the order confirmation few seconds after purchase. Took about a minute from the order confirmation to receive the mail with the key. It was a scanned key. Steam activation worked fine without any problems. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. May use them again in the future if prices are kept low.

Waiting, verification, out of stock?! Their website says a CD key should be dispatched within 2 hours. It was around 4 hours before I even got an email asking for verification, rather than my CD key. After providing verification, they told me they were out of stock and would be in stock tomorrow. Why didn't it say they were out of stock on the website? I think customer support lied, so they wouldn't have to do their job. Either way, when a customer buys something, you provide them with the item. This is ridiculous. Never using them again and you shouldn't either; there are far faster and ethical companies out there.
