Ridiculous! Ridiculous!! asking me copy of ID. Seriously??? maybe want may credit card details too? I did purchase a game £10 worth or a gun or don't know kind of secret stuff? What a heck??? Money was taken off my paypal send me a code!! What confirmation of my personal details would do??? Why this wasn't told me before I placed an order or before confirming purchase? Like the thing about VPN????

Waiting for key delivery since 3 days.... I am still waiting for delivery & a response from there customer service team it has been yet 53 hours since I ordered my game and not had anything. All payments are done, only a order details email & nothing more... EDIT: After changing emailprovider its work fine... yahoo!mail didnt work correctly with UGK delivery system

Terrible I bought 3 copies of Don't Starve in 2 seperate orders, and 2 of the cd keys were duplicates / the same. I contacted support and after 2 days of terrible unprofessional grammar from their support team I received another key. Guess what happened next? Yup. The key is ALSO a duplicate and I contacted them again asking them for another key or a refund. It's took over 2 days for them to respond to me again after I made 2 tickets.. I've finally received the keys. Would not buy again from them. To much hassle.

Still waiting.. I've already waited out the two hour period and I haven't gotten my game yet. I was looking forward to having time to play it today but unfortunately it seems that won't be the case. And I wonder if they'll require my ID after reading other reviews... I regret buying from this website, will choose a competitor next time.

Worst site ever First off, the site seems to only employ autistic people, so that way they can be complete f*cktards and incompetent. I bought a 3 month xbox live membership code and they asked for photo ID. I gave them some and they said it was "too blurry." I then responded to that wanting a refund and they haven't replied since nor given me my money back. Here's my response to your customer service and sh!tty a$$ site: F*** you and go kill yourself.
