STOP CHARGING ME FOR A CANCELED… STOP CHARGING ME FOR A CANCELED SUBSRIPTION!!! 3+ Years ago i Subscribed for a 1year membership. After few months i decided to cancel it. The next year i noticed they billed me again, and i reported to you about this, and no one replied to me. This is the second year as i am getting charged from my card - You said you will refund me and you DID, but funny thing is on the same day you did your refund you charged me again. This Company is a JOKE and will steal your money! I hope more people realise that you are a scam company. Today i am submitting a bank report and they will charge back everything you take. I will also report this to the payment processors you have.

Especially when one is under time pressure. I already lost two games and ratingpoints because of this. I love chess but you made me hate it. You never resolved any issues I‘ve brought to your attention: timing , pieces jumping all over the place, freezing issues and, and, and. I want to play chess not wrestle with software designed by incompetent nitwits. Worst of all reputed Grandmasters support this nonsense. Just stands to show, how corrupt this outfit must be; grandmasters never do anything without getting paid. These things begin affecting my health. Still glitches worse than any… Still glitches worse than any comparable site Some days you can't get through a game without you or your opponent suffering bc the basic system architecture can't get through a game without something going wrong Much better alternatives available e.g Lichess, Gameknot etc

From last review on Chess.com about… From last review on Chess.com about their computer gliche was going on they were updating or something and seem for now to correct the issue. They were nice to let me know and apologized for it.

"Game may have continued......" Pretty good site. With a membership you can sharpen your mind with tactical puzzles to your hearts content. If you got the time, you can sit through hours upon hours of lessons meant for beginners up to master. The site also provides detailed insights on all current top players, and if you play, even about yourself so you can study your own decisions and winrates about them. You can practice famous positions, checkmate patterns, common endgame patterns, it's all very easy to find and navigate to on the site left-hand menu. All in all I would recommend
