They are usually quick to respond to a question and are really trying to be as helpful as possible. Also you can find pretty much anything anime, games, music, books related and even though most items are second-hand, the condition is almost the same as if it was a new product.

Good product, bad communication The description of the item was accurate. The reservation worked well and the email was sent in less than 4 days. However, there was a problem with the purchase option; the website didn’t work properly and didn’t accept the card payment. As a result, I had to email and ask for paypal payment option which was given in 1 week time. Overall, I am happy with the product and the variety available , but I am unhappy with the site not working for payment and that finding sources to contact/ask for help is really hard. Everything else from price to packaging was fantastic.

Beware Couldn’t pay for an order because of absurdly high shipping cost and now I think I’ve been suspended. I can’t login to my account and when I try to make a new one I get an error. Contacted support but no response. It’s a shame because I’ve completed several other orders with them and now they’re just giving me the cold shoulder over one order.
