HUBest japanese website to order from abroad I ordered many many items from Mandarake and all of them were positive experiences. They are usually quick to respond to a question and are really trying to be as helpful as possible. Also you can find pretty much anything anime, games, music, books related and even though most items are second-hand, the condition is almost the same as if it was a new product.

GBGood product, bad communication The description of the item was accurate. The reservation worked well and the email was sent in less than 4 days. However, there was a problem with the purchase option; the website didn’t work properly and didn’t accept the card payment. As a result, I had to email and ask for paypal payment option which was given in 1 week time. Overall, I am happy with the product and the variety available , but I am unhappy with the site not working for payment and that finding sources to contact/ask for help is really hard. Everything else from price to packaging was fantastic.

GBBeware Couldn’t pay for an order because of absurdly high shipping cost and now I think I’ve been suspended. I can’t login to my account and when I try to make a new one I get an error. Contacted support but no response. It’s a shame because I’ve completed several other orders with them and now they’re just giving me the cold shoulder over one order. Make sure you can completely commit to your order otherwise they WILL ban you.

Aside from that there are a lot more useful info you can read aside from those three regarding the item condition. You can also email them with a very quick-replying customer support which is likely to be a real person (i.e. reply doesnt seem automated). My item was packaged carefully and they also complied with my extra instructions promptly.

IDI got a defective product from a… I got a defective product from a purchase mandarake nayuta store. The description stated the item was unopened or new, buy when i got it. The item has a major defect. there is gaping hole on my Godzilla Figure's head. When I complaint to Mandarake Nayuta Store, their can only offer 2000 yen refund from 10800 yen purchase. Feel very dissapointed on their solution and the lack of responsibility from Mandarake Nayuta Stire. Becareful shopping with Mandarake Nayuta Store.
