Worst company ever If you buy a chair from these guys ignore the warrant I was told my chair stitching could not be classed as wear and tear due to size of rip to now be told Thomas spoke to warehouse team and they have said it is wear and tear, got one chair in 2020 and one in 2022 the one in 2020 is perfectly fine the one from 2022 is ripped and it’s down to me to pay £60 for a new base! NOT HAPPENING looking at another company for a new chair! Goodbye GT Omega

Buy once Cry once I'm loving my prime rig with rs12 seat and monitor mount. I've used it all properly now for about 1mth and it's simply so much fun... The team at GT Omega are just brilliant, CS is spot on, can't fault them. I went through 2 other makes before getting this and if you do your homework unlike me, you won't waste £££/$$$/€€€....
