I would suggest GT Omega using a more reliable shipping service for future as I don’t think I will be using GT omega for future purchases and reflect that in my review, never had this issue and service like this with my previous Secret Labs purchase which I admit is more expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for !. Goodwill gesture declined and only damaged part being sent out.

Buy once Cry once I'm loving my prime rig with rs12 seat and monitor mount. I've used it all properly now for about 1mth and it's simply so much fun... The team at GT Omega are just brilliant, CS is spot on, can't fault them. I went through 2 other makes before getting this and if you do your homework unlike me, you won't waste £££/$$$/€€€....
