Really bad at dealing with customers… Really bad at dealing with customers and don't do anything to help apart from demand that we send a video of the issue the damn chair was only purchased in December but they said video or we will do nothing about it you want to return it you need to go through amazon amazon then tell you to contact the company I'm not playing ping-pong and as such have now cut my loses and binned the chair my advise is steer clear of these clowns once they have your payment they don't want to know !!

Excellent item, rapid delivery. I purchased the Apex wheel stand, and couldn't be happier. Build quality is excellent and it's a reassuring weight. Came with plenty of screws to hard mount a variety of wheels and spare parts. The included chair tray is a nice bonus too.

Great customer service I order my chair quite some time ago, and it's been great. After several years of usage, my chair developed a fault, and when I emailed the company, they got back to me the same day, asked me to send some pictures, then promptly sent a replacement part. shout out to Thomas McC from GTOmega for being on the ball and so helpful.
