Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.

This is a great team! Especially Brandon Robinson The answered I received from your team member Brandon Robinson, hope I spelled it correctly, was amazing in all ways! For starters he answer my question exactly how I needed to be answered, he explained it in depth and very detailistic first of all, which I directly understood as I've been playing minecraft, running servers, coding the game and my own mods/plug-ins since the day each one was possible. BUT THEN, he went ahead spent the extra time to over simplify just in case I couldn't understand and even gave me a back up option in case the first choice answer didn't quite do it!!! So thank you and your team for being amazing and a huge shout out to my boy Brandon Robinson!!! That man deserves a raise!!!😁. I personally know from also being part of a support/maintenance team almost exactly the same as yall, that often times people asking questions and seeking help can be a pain in the A S S! And it's hard more often than not to maintain a calm, cool, and clear headed demeanor, so Brandon and the rest of yall are doing wonderful! Please keep up the good work! You have 2 life long server owners when it comes to me and my daughter, in 2 years time when she's 16 this server will be hers entirely and I will create a new one myself! Thanks to your whole team!!!
