Support Time A+, Server Speeds S Tier. I've had to pay for some bills and happened to forget about my recurring payment. The support time was amazing as a support rep named Austin N. quickly got my issue in order and helped me get a refund. I also had amazing time playing on the server previously. I'd 100% comeback to buying a server but at the moment I'm struggling on money and need to get some affairs in order so that'll have to wait but when the random Minecraft addiction kicks in once more along with my buddies I'll buy another server for sure. I felt the issue being solved almost instantly and amazing server speed even when 4 players were playing Better MC on 8GB. Ran beautifully. I fully recommend the Modpack to try out with friends.

Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.

This is a great team! Especially Brandon Robinson The answered I received from your team member Brandon Robinson, hope I spelled it correctly, was amazing in all ways! For starters he answer my question exactly how I needed to be answered, he explained it in depth and very detailistic first of all, which I directly understood as I've been playing minecraft, running servers, coding the game and my own mods/plug-ins since the day each one was possible. BUT THEN, he went ahead spent the extra time to over simplify just in case I couldn't understand and even gave me a back up option in case the first choice answer didn't quite do it!!! So thank you and your team for being amazing and a huge shout out to my boy Brandon Robinson!!! That man deserves a raise!!!😁. I personally know from also being part of a support/maintenance team almost exactly the same as yall, that often times people asking questions and seeking help can be a pain in the A S S! Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. On the first day, I asked the necessary requirements for Nahuel,Support Agent. He informed me everything that was necessary, step by step on how to configure the server, with the greatest patience in the world, and finally he even helped me to configure my minecraft. Solving the crashes that happened. And finally we managed to make the modpack ALL THE MODS 8 work, with the specific mod I wanted, Cobblemon. Thanks a lot for the service! Superb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!
