GBGreat support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

GBWoke up to a $70 charge and found out… Woke up to a $70 charge and found out the server I had requested to be taken down months ago wasn’t. I walked in to customer service honestly preparing to have to be THAT customer and was pleasantly surprised when the swiftly and easily refunded the charge. Despite the mixup, the corrected it in a professional manner, and that’s what really matter in my opinion. Their name was Roselynn D.
