Completely Duped I originally gave this site great reviews but over the past month or so I feel totally ripped off and when they give you a bonus, I can only say don't play it as you'll always win big but you'll not get it.... feel the site is now devious and I will now go back to other sites that don't do this underhand tactics

Magical are shocking Magical are shocking! Customer service non-existent. If you ever get a reply they don’t actually get the issue and give the bog standard ‘can’t be bothered to actually help’ response about cookies/cache…. Don’t even try going to the complaints team because they’re as bad across the whole of Rank. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone. Never using them again - even if they ever solve the issue of all three sites thinking I’m outside the UK for two weeks solid… I’m not but you know, I have screenshot evidence but there’s ‘no issue’ their end…. 14/3/24 You’ve just proved a point, Rank, that you don’t actually pay any attention to details by signing your reply from Kitty Bingo 🤷‍♀️ And I’ve emailed you countless times on that email and YOU’VE DONE NOTHING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE EXCEPT EMAIL BACK WITH ‘clear cookies/history’. Fantastic site, really enjoyed playing and withdrawals arrived when they said they would I joined Magical Vegas a couple months ago, but didn't actually play until last night. I loved the site, played my favourite games (I love Slingo :) If I have winnings above my initial deposit, I will withdraw my initial deposit, play with my winnings & I'll then stop playing once that's gone. This way I'm controlling my spend. The site explains that some banks will receive payouts immediately while others pay out between 1-3 working days. I'm very happy to say I received my withdrawals today, with no problems this morning. I have just one irk, I'd like to receive an email when you make withdrawals so I can file it in my 'Bingo email file' but I can certainly live without it! LOL Great, very impressed, I can't understand why some people seem to have issues!

Stop. Read this. Having read the previous negative reviews I falsely believed this would have been down to individuals losing financially from this gambling website. I was wrong. I urge you please not to spend any money on this casino. I don’t believe it meets industry standards, the ‘bonuses’ are non existent, i couldn’t permanently self exclude, it’s virtually impossible to find the withdrawal option. I’ve never said this about any online casino before but I genuinely feel this one could be fraudulent. If not, it will be the worst online casino you will have ever played.

Made a £400 withdrawal and within 10… Made a £400 withdrawal and within 10 mins my account is blocked for verification, even though I've had a previous withdrawal. Already waited the 72 hours for this check to take place and been advised it can take another 48 hours. Logged a complaint but cant speak to anyone in complaints team, just people in customer service with poor english
